MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 3 -- The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force issued the following news release:
The 23rd National Conference on LGBT Equality: Creating Change is coming to Minneapolis on Feb. 2-6, 2011. Creating Change, as it is commonly called, is the premier annual organizing and skills-building event for the nation's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community and its allies.
