GOODWELL, Okla., Sept. 3 -- Oklahoma Panhandle State University issued the following news release:
Dubbed the "Rose Bowl" of collegiate rodeo, the College National Finals Rodeo held in Casper, Wyoming determines the national champions of college rodeo.
