NORTHEN TRAINING AREA OKINAWA, Japan, Sept. 2 -- The U.S. Marine Corps issued the following official news story:
Marines from Company C, 3rd Reconnaissance Battalion, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, conducted independent operations and training exercises at the Northern Training Area to hone their skills in one of the toughest terrains Aug. 16-26.
