NAPA, Calif., Sept. 1 -- Napa County issued the following news release:
The Napa City County Library invites the public to enjoy the work of Napa artist Kristin Menne this month. A mixed media artist, Menne paints abstract images using bright colors and vibrant shapes. Her work will be on display at the Main Library during September.
