HULL, England, Sept. 2 -- The Hull City Council issued the following news release:
Children in Hull have the opportunity to take part in the Aviva Startrack athletics scheme being held at Hull City Council's Costello Stadium.
The course, which is part of the UK Athletic's grassroots athletics programme, will start on Tuesday 14 September, and will run from 4.30 - 6pm.
The annual programme takes place across the UK with more than 20,000 chil . . .
