GOSHEN, N.Y., Sept. 2 -- Orange County issued the following news release:
Orange County Sheriff Carl E. DuBois reminds residents that Operation Safe Scripts is under way, a program allowing residents to safely dispose of expired or unwanted pharmaceuticals, both prescription and over-the-counter, as well as hypodermic needles, at the Orange County Sheriff's Office at 110 Wells Farm Road in Goshen between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, inclusive of all holid . . .
