WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 -- The National Treasury Employees Union issued the following news release:

The lack of a meaningful voice in the workplace accounts for the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) ranking near the bottom of the list of the Partnership for Public Service's Best Places to Work in the Federal Government, the leader of the largest independent union of federal workers said today.
