SPOKANE, Wash., Sept. 1 -- The city of Spokane issued the following news release:
The City of Spokane will be accepting applications for the annual Comprehensive Plan Amendment Cycle up until October 31, 2010, per SMC 17G.020.010 (http://www.spokanecity.org/services/documents/smc/?Section=17G.020.010). All applications that are certified complete by November 30th will be considered concurrently during the upcoming amendment cycle. Applications must be submitted no later than Octob . . .
