DENVER, Aug. 31 -- The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment issued the following news release:
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment today announced the number of work-related deaths in Colorado decreased from 105 in 2008 to 80 in 2009, a decrease of almost 24 percent, according to the preliminary 2009 Colorado Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries.
