CHARLESTON, W.Va., Sept. 1 -- The West Virginia Attorney General issued the following news release:
At a press conference at the State Capitol this morning, West Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw and Governor Joe Manchin joined to announce the start of an Energy Star Sales Tax Holiday to run from September 1 through November 30, 2010.
