CHARLESTON, W.Va., Sept. 1 -- Gov. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., issued the following news release:
Gov. Joe Manchin and Attorney General Darrell McGraw today announced West Virginia's final ENERGY STAR Sales Tax Holiday will start today Sept. 1, 2010, and run through Nov. 30, 2010.
During the holiday, West Virginians will not have to pay sales and use tax on certain ENERGY STAR qualified products valued at $5,000 or less.
