SALEM, Ore., Sept. 1 -- Gov. Ted Kulongoski, D-Ore., issued the following news release:
Today Governor Ted Kulongoski announced the appointment of former Secretary of State Bill Bradbury to the Pacific Northwest Electric Power and Conservation Planning Council. The appointment is effective October 1, 2010, pending Senate confirmation later this month.
