MENOMONIE, Wis., Aug. 31 -- The University of Wisconsin-Stout issued the following news release:
Students at the University of Wisconsin-Stout voted twice in referendums to change university policy concerning the use of tobacco products on campus. On Wednesday, Sept. 1, those changes go into effect.
The UW-Stout tobacco-free initiative will make it the first four-year institution in the UW System to prohibit smoking and the use of other tobacco products on campus. T . . .
