About 4,000 Laptops Ready to Roll as Part of E-Scholar Program

MENOMONIE, Wis., Aug. 30 -- The University of Wisconsin-Stout issued the following news release:
Thursday-Friday, Sept. 2-3, and Tuesday-Friday, Sept. 7-10: About 4,000 laptop computers will be distributed to University of Wisconsin-Stout students beginning Thursday at the Memorial Student Center.
The list of recipients includes freshmen, transfers and students who get a refresher laptop after two years on campus.
