KABUL, Afghanistan, Aug. 30 -- NATO's International Security Assistance Force issued the following news release:
A district sub-governor was killed and four of his bodyguards were wounded when a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device detonated outside of the governor's palace in the Jalalabad district of Nangarhar province today.
