CHICAGO, Aug. 30 -- The Chicago Department of Public Health issued the following news release:
City officials are continuing their stepped-up efforts against West Nile Virus by spraying to kill adult mosquitoes in a portion of the Northwest Side.
Spraying will occur in sections of the Portage Park, Albany Park and Irving Park neighborhoods, where Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) traps recently yielded mosquitoes carrying West Nile Virus.
