WASHINGTON, Aug. 30 -- Rep. Harold Rogers, R-Ky. (5th CD), issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressman Hal Rogers (KY-05) announced today that the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), in partnership with the Abandoned Mine Land and Kentucky Coal Severance funds will award $937,500 to the City of Jackson to upgrade its water systems.
