WASHINGTON, Aug. 30 -- Rep. Harold Rogers, R-Ky. (5th CD), issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressman Hal Rogers (KY-05) announced today that the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC), in partnership with the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority and other local entities, will award $768,000 to the Whitley County Water District water system improvement project, expected to result in new service for 72 households.
