County, Community Break Ground for New Silver Spring Library Building; Facility to Include Library, Other Offices, Amenities

ROCKVILLE, Md., Aug. 30 -- Montgomery County issued the following news release:

A new chapter in the continuing redevelopment of downtown Silver Spring began today when local officials joined with community members and library advocates to break ground for the multi-story building that will house the new Silver Spring Library, offices and other amenities.
