ST. PAUL, Minn., Aug. 27 -- St. Cloud State University issued the following news release:
St. Cloud State University and the Science Museum of Minnesota are host institutions for the 21st International Diatom Symposium Aug. 29-Sept. 3 in St. Paul.
The event brings together scientists who study diatoms, which are a prolific and useful form of algae, and those who make use of the data from the study of diatoms.
