MONTGOMERY, Ala., Aug. 26 -- The Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs issued the following news release:
The Winston County Board of Education is taking advantage of a grant to reduce the operating expenses at two elementary schools.
The board has used an $82,002 grant from the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs to purchase 14 heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for installation at Addison and Double Springs elementary . . .
