BATON ROUGE, La., Aug. 25 -- The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality issued the following news release:
More than 130 people attended the first DEQ Green Expo today at the DEQ headquarters in Baton Rouge. The Expo provided an opportunity for environmentally friendly businesses to share their information with consumers or other business owners. Nine environmentally innovative companies made presentations and there were 30 exhibiters demonstrating their businesses.
