NEW DELHI, Aug. 25 - The government of India issued the following news release from the Ministry of Environment and Forests:
Only one area namely Seshachalam hill ranges spread in parts of Chittoor and Kadapa districts of Andhra Pradesh is under consideration for designation as biosphere reserve.
It will be designated as biosphere reserve after receipt of detailed information from the State Government.
