NEW DELHI, Aug. 25 - The government of India issued the following news release from the Ministry of Environment and Forests:
An area of 872.24 sq.km. has been notified by the State of Karnataka as the core/critical tiger habitat of the Bandipur Tiger Reserve, which includes the old National Park area.
