CARLSBAD, Calif., Aug. 24 -- The city of Carlsbad issued the following news release:
Carlsbad residents will soon have a new, local option for home improvement shopping after the Carlsbad City Council approved a Lowe's home improvement store as part of a new project called Palomar Commons at the southwest corner of El Camino Real and Palomar Airport Road.
