DURHAM, England, Aug. 24 -- Durham County Council issued the following news release:
Neighbourhood wardens are cracking down on litter louts in County Durham.
Durham County Council wardens in the east of the county have stepped up patrols in known problem areas, including Easington, Peterlee, and Seaham, as well as the Durham City area, to remind people that littering and dog fouling are not acceptable.
