Last evening the American Chemistry Council (ACC) submitted comments on U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'s proposed National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Major Sources: Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Boilers and Process Heaters (Boiler MACT).
