ACC: EPA Boiler MACT Proposal Fundamentally Flawed

ARLINGTON, Va., Aug. 24 -- The American Chemistry Council issued the following news release:

Last evening the American Chemistry Council (ACC) submitted comments on U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)'s proposed National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Major Sources: Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Boilers and Process Heaters (Boiler MACT). (75 Fed.Reg. 32006, June 4, 2010, Docket ID. No. EPA-HQ-OAR-2002-0058).
