RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 23 -- The North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources' Arts Council issued the following news release:
Eighteen artists in North Carolina are recipients of the 2010-2011 North Carolina Arts Council Artist Fellowship Awards in the categories of choreography, craft, film and video and visual arts. Artists receive a $10,000 fellowship.
