DURHAM, England, Aug. 23 -- Durham County Council issued the following news release:
Residents of all ages and from across County Durham are being urged to become part of the growing eco-army transforming communities across the area.
Durham County Council is staging nearly 200 events and activities with green themes, covering everything from free micro-chipping for dogs to litter picks and graffiti removal, as part of a huge push promoting civic pride.
