WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 -- The office of Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., has issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Benjamin L. Cardin and Barbara A. Mikulski (both D-MD) today announced the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) has awarded a $350,000 grant to the Allegany County Board of County Commissioners to purchase and install a high-capacity water storage tank to serve Cresaptown, Maryland. The replacement tank will result in improved services to more than 700 households . . .
