LANSING, Mich., Aug. 23 -- The Michigan Attorney General issued the following news release:
Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox today announced that a federal judge has scheduled the first evidentiary hearings on the merits of Michigan's lawsuit aimed at stopping the advance of Asian carp into the Great Lakes.
