SAN ANGELO, Texas, Aug. 20 -- Angelo State University issued the following news release:
With the start of fall classes, several construction projects, including Phase I of the new Plaza Verde residence hall, will affect access and parking on the Angelo State University campus.
A groundbreaking for Plaza Verde is scheduled at 10 a.m. Aug. 24 at the northeast corner of the University Pavilion. The new 400-bed residence hall will be built on the existing parking lot b . . .
