NEW DELHI, Aug. 19 - The government of India issued the following news release from the Prime Minister's Office:
The Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, has greeted the nation and especially the members of the Parsi community on the joyous occasion of Navroz - the Parsi new year.
In his message, the Prime Minster has said that Navroz is the most important part of the Gahambar celebration of nature and the seasons, a festival dedicated to renewal and righteousne . . .
