SALEM, Ore., Aug. 18 -- The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality issued the following news release:
The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality has issued $15,000 in penalties to Odell, Oregon-based Stadelman Fruit LLC, which operates an orchard and produce shipping facility in Milton-Freewater, for spilling an herbicide mixture onto property adjacent to its Milton-Freewater orchard about a year ago.
