COLUMBUS, Ohio, Aug. 18 -- The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission issued the following news release:
The Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) is proposing changes to the Federal-aid Highway System functional classifications to add the planned I-70/I-71 collector-distributor roads in downtown Columbus. This will allow the streets to be eligible for federal funding as modifications to them are made as part of the Ohio Department of Transportation's I-70/I-71 project . . .
