MCALLEN, Texas, Aug. 18 -- South Texas College issued the following news release:
Congressman Henry Cuellar, TX-28, was joined by educational and community leaders on Aug. 12, when he presented a check for more than $1 million in grant funds to South Texas College. The funds, which will be dispersed over the course of four years at $250,000 a year, will benefit the college's Child Development Center and its efforts to provide affordable, campus-based child care to low income . . .
