TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 18 -- Hillsborough County issued the following news release:
Hillsborough County Commissioners honored the new Miss Florida, Jaclyn Raulerson, at their regular Board meeting today for her stand against bullying. Commissioner Rose Ferlita presented the Beauty Queen with a proclamation congratulating her on receiving the Miss Florida 2010 title.
