BATON ROUGE, La., Aug. 18 -- The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality issued the following public notice:
The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, is accepting written comments on a draft for the reissuance of a LPDES water discharge general permit for discharges of treated groundwater, potentially contaminated storm water, and/or associated wastewaters from petroleum contaminated sites, areas, or containers.
