NATCHITOCHES, La., Aug. 17 -- Northwestern State University issued the following news release:
The project to construct a new Student Services Center at Northwestern State University took a major step forward as a bid has been awarded for construction of the facility.
Don M. Barron Contractor Inc. of Farmerville was the low bidder at $5,986,000. The project was budgeted for $7.3 million which will allow the University to proceed with the second phase of the project . . .
