MISSION VIEJO, Calif., Aug. 16 -- The city of Mission Viejo issued the following news release:
Three local Boy Scouts spent this past Saturday working to beautify three City parks, while putting themselves in line to obtain the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank attainable in the Boy Scouting program of the Boy Scouts of America.
