SPANISH FORK, Utah, Aug. 16 -- The Utah Department of Transportation issued the following news release:
Utah legislators Sen. David Hinkins and Rep. Christine Watkins, Utah Transportation Commissioner Bevan Wilson and UDOT Executive Director John Njord today joined community leaders and partners to participate in a unique rail-cutting event and celebrate the grand opening of the Tie Fork Rest Area.
