JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., Aug. 16 -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources issued the following news release:
The Missouri Department of Natural Resources has referred the case against a Higginsville gas station to the Missouri Attorney General's Office to pursue civil penalties for violations of Missouri's Underground Storage Tank Law.
