GENEVA, Switzerland, Aug. 5 -- International Telecommunication Union issued the following news release:
A Ministerial Declaration was established today at the ITU's ABBMN (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives and Nepal) Forum on Digital Inclusion, which was held in the Maldives on 3-5 August. The Declaration resolves to implement the following objectives, which are considered crucial for successful Digital Inclusion in the region:
