WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- The chairman of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee issued the following news release:
In a brief mark-up today, Senate Energy Committee reported 17 new bills, six of them dealing with energy and 11 with public lands. Some of these bills were modified with amendments (attached), either today or two weeks ago.
