WASHINGTON, July 26 -- The office of Sen. Barbara A. Mikulski, D-Md., issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Barbara A. Mikulski (D-Md.) and Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley today announced the first step in the creation of a National Cybersecurity Center for Excellence (NCCOE).
