SACRAMENTO, Calif., July 23 -- The California Energy Commission issued the following news release:
A California Energy Commission siting committee is recommending the approval of the planned Marsh Landing Generating Station (MLGS) power plant project in Contra Costa County.
In its presiding member's proposed decision (PMPD) released today, the committee said the 760-megawatt facility as mitigated, will have no significant impacts on the environment and complies . . .
