LIVERMORE, Calif., July 22 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory issued the following news release:
America needs a clear set of priorities to evaluate and thwart potential threats to the United States cyber domain, according to a report by Georgetown's Institute for Law, Science and Global Security in conjunction with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
