KOKOMO, Ind., April 20 -- Indiana University at Kokomo issued the following news release:
The Medical Imaging Technology (MIT) program at Indiana University Kokomo will be offering free carotid artery screenings to the community in hopes of raising awareness of stroke prevention and symptoms.
The screenings will take place on campus in Hunt Hall, room 103, from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m. on Friday, April 30. MIT faculty and students will conduct the carotid plaq . . .
