AUSTIN, Texas, April 20 -- The Austin Independent School District issued the following news release:
The next African American Men and Boys and Women and Girls Conference will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 24, at Gus Garcia Middle School, located at 7414 Johnny Morris Road. The theme will be "Urban Villages and the Making of Communities."
