The twelfth annual "Through Their Eyes" conference will be held at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania on Friday, April 16 in the Keystone Room from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m. The event is open to the public at no cost and pre-registration is required.
